GREENCONNECT DEMENTIA RESPITE PROJECT
We are proud to lead this pioneering initiative supporting people living with dementia and their carers through inclusive, nature-based group activities. GreenConnect offers a new approach to dementia support – one that takes place outside of residential aged care facilities, in welcoming outdoor environments that promote connection, wellbeing, and shared experiences.
PRINCES COURT BUILDING PROJECT
Join us on a transformative journey as we build the future of aged care in Mildura. Since 1956, our residential Homes have been the heart of Princes Court, a place where care and compassion come together. Now we’re creating new, state-of-the-art residential aged care facilities that will continue this tradition, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.
